    Upon arriving to the Ozark Beach Resort on 6/20/2022, we couldn't find ANYONE on the resort for a good 15 minutes to let us in our cabin after 8 hours of driving. Prior to coming there I spoke with ****** (resort owner) who told me they would be ready for us. Finally, after locating one of her staff, she attempted to help me and found ******. The office had the closed sign in the window 90% of the time all week. I told ****** I wanted to secure a boat for fishing as my kids and wife wanted to fish the entire week. When I called her prior to coming up she informed me the boat rental was 235 or 250, once I got there, she said it was 285 and if I pay with a credit card it is a 4% additional charge which is absurd. The whole **** to use the boat was 319$. Many resorts in the area charge ******* a day for a boat. Consequently, we only used her grossly overcharged boat for one day which was a disappointment as we wanted to fish on the lake like we do every year we come down The part that was horrible was that when I asked for the boat the night before so I can go on it at sunrise she told me I couldn't use it until 8:30am or so. Fishing times are normally 5-8am and 4-8pm. She then told me her 4 year old had a ***** fever and she doesn't wake up that early. I'm sorry but my vacation and money that I am paying her has NOTHING to do with her sick son. Sounds like she needs help. Then she told her maid to ring me up at the office while my kids and wife are waiting on the dock and the maid told me she doesn't even know how to operate the computer after getting into the office thus wasting more time while my family waited. I then told her I will settle up with her afterwards as I want to go fishing. The maid then told me that she was instructed to charge me PRIOR to using the boat, like I was going to run away and not pay them for the boat as I stayed there for a whole week.Finally at about 10am she allowed me to go out with the boat missing VALUABLE fishing time I wanted to s
