    I brought tire chains and buy $150.00. The tire chains don&#**;t fit. I have called the customer service department several times. I have had no response or anyone to call me back. I have receipts and pictures to provide if needed. I would like for them to send me the right size tire chains or refunded the total amount I have already paid. I have experience poor customer service in handling my request.

    The customer that sent this complaint purchased the snow chains in 2023. When he received these chains, he never put them on the tractor to check to see if they would fit. He told my secretary that because it was a light winter he never tried them and then in 2024 he told her that his tractor was not working. When he called in my secretary took his phone call and she told him that I was outside and was very busy and that she would have me call him when I could. I did in fact tried to call him but there was no answer. He then called back the next day and my secretary told him that I was on the road picking up tractors. I had her text me his number and I called him again while I was on the road. I told him that he can take some links out of the chains to make them fit. He informed me that he didn't know how to do this. I then informed him that he could send the chains back and we would refund his money even though it had been 1 1/2 years since he bought them. I also told him that I would pay for the return shipping to return the chains. I told him to send me a receipt and that we would reimburse him for the shipping. He then proceeded to tell me that he filed a complaint with the BBB and I asked him why and he said that he was afraid that I wouldn't call him back but in fact I tried to call but there was no answer. I told him that I would have to charge him a 15% restocking fee when he returned the chains which is clearly stated on the bottom of the receipt.

    I have reviewed the business' response regarding complaint ID ******** and am satisfied with this resolution. 
     If the company does what he says he is going to do, I will accept and be satisfied with the outcome. I wish he would have done this from the start, instead of me chasing him for 3 days. Also the chains do not come apart, absolutely the wrong ones.
