    Stayed in hotel on May 7th through the 9th and on night 2 live found bed bugs crawling on me took.said bug to front counter hand dropped it in the hand of front desk clerk. He said cleaning crew was gone for the night. Contacted hotel and they said I could not get my money back because of there cancelation policy , which is I should have canceled before my stay.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Sam has not provided a refund of any kind. His note about the refund is a lie and now he will not return messages. It’s concerning to me that he states refunds have been made, yet they haven’t.

    They also call the ****** **********. The ****** ********** took pictures and said they did not find anything wrong with the rooms. The rooms were pretty clean and I do not know what the issue was. They stayed one night and then checked out. They were charged for the one day of stay and the rest of the money was refunded.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was never offered a refund, we were told on the phone that there was breakfast and the pool was usable.only reason we stayed was because everything was booked up.

    The reason is I know that the guest checked in.  The clerk said they were having an issue with the tv.  The only issue was with the tv.  Right now, our pool is closed because we got the pool painted and the paint started chipping off.  We closed it and need to put new epoxy paint on it.  The consumer said he might check out and I told him I would issue a full refund to him.  There was no other complaint about it.  We serve a light breakfast right now. We are not charging high rates.  Our rate is $69.99 a night.  I am a business man and I asked the guest if you are not happy we are willing to refund your money.  They said they would let me know.  They stayed 3 nights and we were very courteous to them.
