    Their policy is that you can't return or exchange the product once you leave the store. The employee **** told me to try the vapor pen to make sure it was what I was looking floor, and if it wasn't he would get me what I needed. While in the store I tried the vapor pen, I got dizzy, fell backward, and cracked my tooth. I asked him to call 911, and he waited 3 minutes before asking me again if I still needed him to call. It took me over 5 minutes to get off the floor. When I got up off the floor I told him I didn't want to purchase the vapor pen, I didn't know what was in it and didn't want it. **** said I had to purchase the vapor pen because I put my lips to it, or I will be going to jail. I ended up paying around $33 for the vapor pen. I don't think I should have been forced to purchase a vapor pen that made me sick, and he should've called 911 when I first made the request.

    Koko Vapors will refund the charges to the customer even though his story keeps changing. Camera footage of the transaction was viewed.

    I said my body went fully numb and I fell face first to the floor I never said I fell backwards cuz it's really hard to fall backwards and crack your tooth open. So whoever took down my statement was either rushing it or didn't hear what I said but all good. I'm not going to worry about no refund I just wanted this to be a wake up call to their business that sometimes you shouldn't Force others to buy a product that sends you to ER because that's where I went later that day as I told the better Business bureau representative. Who is key details locked out but that's okay I quit vaping permanently so it is what it is just next time please don't mix up someone else's story. My evidence is clearly on their camera I never denied I made the transaction at all the owner just made it seem that way and also wants to say I keep changing my story which is absolutely untrue. Thank you for taking down my statement although it was a little bit off, but I still appreciate it thank you.
