    I bought a mattress from this store in 11/2022. I went to the store yesterday and I talked **** ******* about the mattress. The mattress has a hole in it. **** ******* stated that he did not think that I would be refunded for a hole in the mattress. **** ******* said that he was going to come out to my house at 6m to look at the mattress. He arrives and he looks at the mattress and he told me, they would not cover the the hole and he told me to patch up the hole. I showed him that there was thread coming out of the mattress and he did not say anything about the thread. I did complain to him about the box spring. The box spring looked like it had egg hatching from bugs, so I just sat the box spring outside. **** ******* just walked out the door. I would like a refund in the amount of $901.18

    She has had the mattress a year.

    There is no warranty for rip tear stain or puncture after a year of having the mattress.  I went to inspect what she is claiming to be a hole and it is not a hole, it is discoloration in the fabric.  Even if there was a hole, however it would not be considered a manufacture defect. If she had called us within a few days of delivering the mattress we would have replaced it. We will not replace after a year of her owning it. 

    I didn't just walk out I apologized to her and explained why we would not replace the mattress. 

    She complained about another mattress she had bought from us on the same ticket but we still replaced it with no evidence.  Now she is complaining about another mattress bought at the same time, a year later. 

    We have tried to help her but she has a baseless claim. 

    As far as the box spring she never mentioned the box spring once when I was there. The bugs were not there when she bought the mattress.  Any bugs she has are there because of the mattress being in her house.

    We have tried to resolve issues with her and have went above and beyond to assist her but she has a baseless claim.  There is no warranty after a year of owning the mattress.
