    I had my vehicle towed from a family shop to my apartment no more than 5 minutes away. When I received my truck my light bar had be snapped off of the truck and when I confronted them about it they lied to me. There is proof it was them. They also drove my truck and let it run with no coolant in it and the truck is already half a** blown up.

    Customer approached us with the light bar loose on one side after the tow. We checked photo taken at drop and reveled the bolt had come out of the plastic part of the bumper to which it had been secured. Customer provided me a pic of a "lag" bolt which is used in wood that he stated was what had came out. I offered to replace that lag bolt with a proper bolt and locking nut. While he seemed ok with that he wasn't happy that I was not willing to fire my driver that had made the tow. He left and came back some time later claiming that we had damaged his engine which he had already spoken about being messed up. He is claiming damage. We simply ask him to get a diagnostics on a engine problem that was cause by us and not by the previous overheating. Unfortunately we were unable to get anywhere with this customer.
