    I called this morning and they told them my meter would be fixed for a 50 dollar deposit fee as well as a 50 dollar reconnection fee. When I got there they completely did not honor what they told me and told me it would be a 500 dollar charge instead of 100 dollars that they told me over the phone.

    We are not a for profit business.   Customer's water has been locked for some time.  Employee  just quoted a basic  unlock fee.  The customer was given miss information.  In order for us to turn on his water, according to policy  the customer was responsible for to pay a higher fee.  Customer is away of this and there are steps to make payments.
