    Vehicle was transported and damaged by the transport company in transportation. Vehicle showed up with drippings and scratches on the hood/driver door and front bumper cover. Company has failed to contact me back on three occasions where I have contacted them asking for the damages to be fixed.

    Company and it's agent made assurances verbally and in writing that a vehicle I purchased in ****** would be delivered prior to 7.29.23. I was told shipping would take 4-5 days. Today is day 12 and my car has not arrived and I have no confidence at all that I will ever see it, or see it one piece. Both the agent and dispatcher have lied with reckless abandon. It would be comical had this experience not been such a nightmare. These are reprehensible people and they should be held accountable. Thank you.
