******* was fantastic to work with while we were trying to decide on a replacement heat pump system. He explained all the **** and HSPF ratings and didn't use any high pressure sales tactics. All he cared about was that the installation was done right by people who know what they are doing. We were going to use a competitor simply because they had a better warranty. After discussing this with *******, they were able to match the warranty and we ended up with a much better unit then the competitor was going to give us and for less money. I highly recommend Arctic Air and will only work with them going forward, for all my heating and cooling needs.
