The main reason for this review is because this business dumped cement and dirt from their job into my yard and my neighbor’s (who paid for their service) yard. I asked them about it as they were doing it and they assured me it was only water that they were dumping. I believe this decreases the value and aesthetic of our homes. I would expect that as part of a paid service, this business would have properly disposed of this material and waste instead of dumping it on personal property without even asking for permission and especially after lying to me about it. I am the next door neighbor of someone who got their fence repaired. There are several other bad interactions that happened before the dumping of material and waste. To begin with, the employees and owner of the business working the job listened to loud and obnoxious music. Then they said the F word in front of my under-4-year-old children multiple times. They came unprepared and asked to use my hose, (which “coincidentally” didn’t work afterwards). They also asked to borrow a different neighbor’s weed eater. They walked all over my yard without asking for permission (again, I did not employ them), and saw them dumping water, mixed concrete, dirt, and old cement blocks from the old fence into my yard and my neighbors yard. I confronted them and they assured me “it was only water”. I have photographic proof of the cement and dirt dumped in both of our yards. They also installed wood support xx Lastly, they did a poor job of repairing the fence. Neighbor had to call someone else to clean up and fix their poor job after the fact.

Our company did not do any work or had never given a bid to **** *****. We did a fence repair job for ****** neighbor ***** who is completely satisfied with our work. From what I am reading on his complaint that he claims that my guys dumped stuff in his yard. That is false my guys did not dump nothing in his yard. Now we ask our client ***** the neighbor of **** if we could put dirt behind her fence. ***** said that would be fine along with water from cleaning our equipment. Behind *****’s fence is overgrown grass, small trees, and bushes that had debris from another person who did work at that property. We never dumped any cement blocks or material either. **** claims he has pictures of everything, but who’s to say that was put there deliberately by someone else that is not a part of my company. Or if it was something preexisting before our work started. **** said that ***** hired another contractor to clean up the trash and fix the fence we repaired. I reach out to ***** myself to speak with her to see if it is true about her hiring someone to redo what we did. ***** said that ****** statement is a lie and that she has no complaint on her end about our company. In fact, ***** said that the Better Business Bureau could contact her. Our client ***** did mention that her 70-year-old friend came over to do some work, but it was not redoing none of our work. *****’s friend did some other work on a different section of fence and he did it for free. The reason her friend didn't do our job because it was a bigger job than what he could do. Our guys did use **** hose because one of my employees had forgotten our hose on another job. We returned ****** water hose in the same working condition. If **** wants to, he can buy another hose and our company will reimburse for the cost with a copy of the receipt. During the normal business hours of 8am-5pm our guys listen to ***** *** *** which plays classic rock. The volume might have been up some on that day, but with all the tools going the guys might not have noticed. While we were working there all day never did **** ever say anything about being in his yard by *****’s fence. Then he never said anything about the radio being up loud. Or mention anything when we asked to borrow his hose. The only he did was talk to my employee about what he was doing behind the fence. Before we left the job, we had stuck a wood stake in the ground with a temporary brace to hold up a section of *****’s fence. There was wet concrete with a 4x4 post in it. We left on a Friday and came back on that Monday to pull the temporary brace, since the concrete was dried by then. As we pulled up, we noticed that temporary brace was already removed and found out **** did it. Which caused us to redo that post because it was leaning bad, but he wants to make a comment saying we did a bad job on the fence repair. The owner of our business did speak to ****** wife, and he never said the F word at all in front of the kids. ***** our client can verify that because she heard everything. If that temporary brace was a big deal **** should have gone and told ***** to call us back to move it somewhere else. We would have come back and moved it. Instead, he deliberately undid after we left. **** never mentioned anything to ***** about the temporary brace. Our company apologizes for being in his yard and will agree to buy a new hose for him if he wants us to. We feel that a lot of this could have been prevented if we all communicated on our part and on his part.
