      Had my roof installed by them about 6 years ago. It was warrantied for 10 years. Shingles started falling off around year 4, in November of 2022. I called them almost weekly for 6 months to see when they were going to fix the roof. They kept saying they would get to it within the week and then never show up. Eventually I had so many shingles come off that I could see the wood to my roof and had to call a competitor to patch the roof because McKay wouldn't come out. This was in April of 2023. Another year of calling them and they eventually stopped answering my phone calls and stopped returning my messages. I finally got ahold of them again last week, August 2024, and he told me once again that he would be out within the week to fix the roof. It has been almost two weeks and her still hasn't showed up. It's been almost two years now and I am going to have to go through a different company and pay out of pocket for a roof that was warrantied... McKay does not uphold their warranty and cuts corners on roofs to get done faster. Why else would my roof's shingles be falling down starting in year four when they should last over a decade? Do not recommend.

      I had my roof replaced by McKay Roofing back in February 2022 and I'm very pleased with the work they did! Very accommodating with my needs! I'll give another review in a couple more years to see how the shingles are holding up...:D

      1) Don't exactly return phone calls 2) Extremely hard to get a hold of.3) Once you get ahold of them they don't follow through with what they say that their going to do.4) Communication: #1 item 5) Referred by city officials, they don't seem to care.6) Don't come by when they say their going to 7) Nothing but excuses given to us.
