    They did not reimburse me for cancellation of services. He received the money back from the warranty company but did not give me back the money. I have no way to contact him. I would like to get my refund.

    I tried to reach out to you by phone.  Unfortunately, you've filed a complaint against ** ** There Yet, which is my company.  We are not and have never been affiliated with ******* who I assume this complaint should have been filed against.  We provide RV repair services only.  We do not sell warranties.  It is my understanding that ****** has closed it's business, however they used to be a source of referral business to us and I do have the owner, ** ********** personal cell phone and would be happy to provide it to you so you can pursue the funds that are do to you.

    This complaint is not against my company.  It should have been towards ******* which is owned by ** *********  My company, ** ** There Yet, is a service only company.  We do not sell warranties or RV's.  ******* from what I understand has shut down it's operation.  I responded to the customer and let him know I did have the other owner's cell phone number and would be happy to provide it to him so he can reach out about his warranty refund. Unfortunately, with the names of the two companies being so close, this is not the first complaint that should have been directed to ****** that has ended up being directed toward me and my company, ** ** There Yet.

    They refused to provide the required paperwork for the vehicle leaving me unable to register. The owner refuses to speak civilly or follow the law.

    This complaint should’ve been filed against Kcrvs. That is not my company. We are Kc Rv There Yet. We only perform service. We do not sell vehicles.

    I am rejecting this response because: The owner continues to lie and pretend it's a separate business when it's the same. He owns it's and has repeatedly broken the law and refused to resolve this situation. Litigation is next.

    This guy won't stop.  Please read my current response.  This IS NOT MY COMPANY!  KCRV's/AMPR plaza will not respond to this guy evidently.  I do not sell RV's, never even stepped into this guys unit.
