    I signed up for trash services with Valet in may, signed my quarterly contract with them June 19th. Contract states my rate will be locked in for 12 months ($25 every 3 months). I paid my last invoice in November, December 1-17 they’ve sent at least 6 different invoices. The total is now almost $150. I reminded them that I am not contracted for monthly rates and they told me that they changed that before August and accused me of paying the monthly rate since then (I had not). I was never given notice that my contract will no longer be honored, nor was I given the option to cancel without fees. I told them I paid all I am contractually obligated to. They then canceled my contract on their own accord and slapped on an $100 cancelation fee, even though I am not the one that canceled. They have also been extremely rude and unprofessional in the text thread while trying to work this issue out. I’ve had problems with their unprofessional customer service since the day I signed up but I dealt with it due to their cheap prices. I had to end up blocking them on text to prevent further harassment, they have since created a Snapchat account and has tried to reach out to me on there.
    I no longer want to be harassed by this company. I am willing to pay the extra $25 for the month, but I will not be paying their cancellation fee considering the contract was violated on their end. Nor do I feel like I should pay the extra fees added on to the invoice since that was never put in the contract as well. They have already threatened to send me to collections so I would like to get this taken care of before their unprofessionalism affects my credit.
