      Purchased ROLOX windows with a 50-year warranty. Having issues with the two larger bay windows. The tracks are failing, and the windows are very difficult to open and close. I have called a spoke with a representative in the KC area and then three phone calls to the Wichita, KS location. I have spoken with two different gentlemen there and they run me through the whole verification of what, when and what warranty. They state they will proceed. I have to call back because I never hear from them. Then they want to charge me a service fee of $125 to come out. I agree to this, just so the work will begin, and they state they will proceed. I never hear from them. I am getting no assistance from the ROLOX Home Center on the warrantied repair of my windows.

      Mr. Palmer bought products 16 years ago from Rolox a company owned by **** **** *****. The company he purchased his products from is no longer in business. These 2 companies are no longer in business.

      Rolox Home Service, LLC was established in June of 2015. Everything prior to this date was owned by **** **** ***** a bankrupt company.

      Rolox Home Service, LLC did not sell him any products, but we are more than happy to try to help him out with his situation.

      The main issue is Rolox started putting on a new roof on Oct. 7, 2022 and one of the workers fell through the roof and caused a lot of damage, knocked down the ceiling fan. The worker came on Nov. 14, 2022 did a terrible job. He put in 3/4 inch drywall and it should have been 1/2 inch, he used the wrong type of tape. The bossman, *****, has agreed to come back and redo what was done. There were a lot of no shows. He said he is waiting on his insurance to pay for it. It has been ongoing since Nov. 2022. The worker that did the bad job scattered paint all over my furniture and floor. I don't think an insurance company would take this long. I talked to him many times and he tells me the same thing, that he is working on it. I would like for them to come in and make it look nice and fix things.

      *** called the BBB to let them know that ***** at Rolox called her around the 10th of March, and is going to be sending someone out to redo the work on the house. The date given was within the next two weeks from the date of the call. The date of the 2 week period is March 24th.

      On April 13, 2020 I purchased windows for my home. Cost was $11,610.00. All winter I could feel wind coming thru the windows. I taped between the top & bottom pane keeping some of the air out. In January I called Rolox & they said when it warmed up a little they would get out to look at the windows. Rolox said that the windows were warped. On 5-2-2022 they said they would order new windows.On 5-25-2022 I called again; they said that they would call me back. On On 6-2-2022 they daid they would call me back; they did not call. On 6-8-2022 I called again & they did not call me back. I emailed ***** ******** (president). On 7-6-2022 ***** said he hadn't heard from Rolox & that he is working on it real hard.
      On 7-21-22 Rolox came out & replaced 2 of the 3 large winhdows. They said that one was cut wrong & they would have to get another pane for it.
      On 8-23-22 I called again. My call was not returned.
      On 8-24-22 I called back & ***** said the windows were not in yet.
      It is very difficult to believe that it takes that long to get my replacement windows
