    Compost Connection has failed to pick up my yard waste for the past two weeks. At the end of November, I put 47 bags on the curb. They failed to pick up the allotted 5 bags on 11/28 and 12/5. As of this afternoon, I still have 47 bags on the curb.

    When I called to let them know, they told me my bags had been picked up for the last two weeks. Here is a photo I took this afternoon of 47 bags on my curb.

    The customer called yesterday about her lawn and leaf refuse pickup My associate checked her account and the last 2 weeks the driver has taken her limit of 5 bags weekly, which is the plan that she pays for, and the drivers noted so in her account as to alert me to the fact she is over her limit. Our drivers have electronic tablets in which they can notate the customers account whether they are picking up, not out, over limits, violations etc.  The driver noted he took 5 bags on 11/28/22. The next week a different driver noted he took 5 bags on 12/5/22 and he also took a photo of the bags showing she is over her limit. When we tried to explain this to the customer over the phone, she cut off my associate & quickly became irate. I took over the phone call,  trying to de-escalate the situation and explain, in which she became furious and began to yell and curse at me.  The photos' the customer sent to me in an email as proof, actually shows less than 47 bags at her curb. Our Production Manager and Operations Manager of 30 years each with Compost Connection concur that the drivers did take her weekly limit the past 2 weeks.
