    I had several properties with them. Absolutely horrible to deal with. I would never have them as your property manager. They will do no marketing to get your units rented. They will not respond to maintenance requests, They will make up charges and hold your monthly distribution hostage until you agree to the fees. It took me almost 5 months to receive 1 distribution because we disagreed with charges for work that was never done. ******** and ******** are the worst to deal with. The owner is absent and they would not forward that information to me. I had to fire them finally. They still owe me money after almost 2 months and keep making up expenses and excuses not to pay what is owed.
