    I pay rent of $650 a month to this company. Along with my living here it is expected for them to keep up this yard! There has been several times that this yard have been a safety issue and it was brought to their attention and yet they were very very slow about handling their responsibilities to me. When I say this yard has been a safety issue the grass have been extremely high which in returns attract mosquitoes and as we all know they carry fatal diseases. Now, here's another issue. I have contacted them several times to clean up this yard they are branches all on the steps that can cause someone to slip and fall and hurt themselves! I have had Uber eats deliver people almost trip on branches trying to come up the stairs! They still have failed to take care of this yard! It is the worst yard on the streets and again I expect them to stay on top of their duties just like they expect from me to pay my rent.

    Hello,

    The tenant's issue has been resolved. The tenant is on our scheduled lawn care rotation and the yard is properly maintained. If the tenant has any issues, we are available to hear the concerns. During our investigation, we did not see any hazards or unsafe conditions. We did cut back additional brush to avoid future complaints. Please see attached photos for proof of resolution.
