      Boy, the hits just keep on coming with these guys. After having our roof and guttering replaced by Pyramid, we had a multitude of problems surface almost immediately. We thought we had them all repaired, but little did we know that there was more to come. After we had a winter storm dump ice and snow on the roof, the sun comes out and starts melting it. What did we find? A constant running of water from the ceiling in our master bathroom from around the door frame, ceiling exhaust fan, light fixture, etc. Unfortunately, we are concerned about asking Pyramid to "fix" this issue because of all the other problems we have had with them. Inspite of that, we called. They never answered or returned the call. We are forced to get it fixed by someone who will actually do a good job fixing Pyramid's mistakes.

      My advice, don't waste your money and time. Pyramid Roofing is the worst contractor i have ever encountered. Poor workmanship. Terrible customer service. Abysmal cleanup. Refuses to stand behind their work.

      Had to go to court with Pyramid and they lost the court case and was ordered by the courts to pay for damages. Pyrmaid has yet to pay from the court order.

      ************ Pyramid did our roof and did a very good job including clean-up. They did our previous roof also.Contacts for details were excellent. Worked well with the adjuster.

      I obtained SEVERAL quotes for re-roofing one of my commercial buildings. Pyramid was not the lowest quote but I was impressed with the expertise I saw in their people. I went with Pyramid and actually had another neighboring building re-roofed at the same time. So far, great service. I have not had the need for any warranty work and hope to never need any, but I am confident that Pyramid will be there should I ever need them.

      Great people, responsive, took photos of everything and explained it. Worked with me to understand when to get whole roof repaired. One of the few people who have the ability to work on Shake Cedar roofs.

      As a community manager, I was very pleased with the job that Pyramid Roofing Company did for us. They were very professional, very prompt, and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them, and would use them myself if the opportunity ever arose!

      These guys installed the roof on my new construction home. Had a very rare/intermittent leak. They sent out their warranty team to take a look and were able to find the problem area with a water test. They then scheduled the repair and got that taken care of promptly as well. All of this they did under warranty with no charges to me, even though it had been 4 years from the initial installation. Was very happy with the warranty service I received.
