      Back in 2019 Ozark Barge built my family a dock and anchored
      it to my property. Around a year or two later they built a dock for
      our next door neighbor and placed it very very close to our dock. The
      neighbors dock is a front entry dock and ours is a side entry dock. Due
      to these entry points, which Ozark Barge knew, about it is difficult and
      dangerous for us to try to dock our boat with the lake in heavy use.
      The owners admitted to this and said it was a placement mistake and
      would correct it at their cost immediately. It is now 2023 and with a
      large number of texts and phone calls and promises to correct the
      situation it is still not accomplished. My phone calls and texts are
      completely ignored and never returned and an explanation as to why they
      will not complete the work and fix the mistake has never been addressed.
