    Cant say enough about *****. My dad referred him to me after my cable and coil snapped on my garage door this morning. ***** came out this afternoon and had it good as new in under an hour. My dad also raved about him when he replaced 2 garage doors at my dads house by himself in 3 hours. Very polite and clearly an expert in his line of work. 10/10!

    They installed a whole new garage system about a year ago. It tore out of the wall one day. Their website say 24/7 repair service. We I called to ask for help **** tried to help but said they dont work on weekends. I said ** leaving tomorrow for the holidays and Im just trying to get my car out of the garage. Then he called me demanding. Honestly very frustrated and not a great situation on a Sunday morning. They need to remove the 24/7 emergency service note on their website. False advertising.

    We installed your door and motor on may 10th 2021. Thats 2 and half years ago. You texted me on a Sunday and even though we are closed I tried helping you open your door so that we could come out the next day. You were demanding me come out right then or the Friday after thanksgiving which is a holiday weekend and we are also closed. Every website you went around posting bad reviews about me because I couldnt come out immediately says that were closed weekends. You must have found the only place that mistakenly had 24hr service. It must have been a website designer that added that to our site. I have since been able to remove it so theres no confusion. Im pleased that youre spreading the good news of my diligence in trying to help one of my customers out on a day were closed so you could get your car out and that we could come out the next day and fix your issue. Im Sorry your schedule did not permit us to be able to help you out.
