    I've lived her almost three years. Safety has been a problem since the older manager left a year ago. Since then we've had three different managers. There used to be 24 hour security on the premises ************ come and go as they please. During the day there has not been security. Due to this there has been violence including shootings, stabbings, and even death. There also been homeless individuals getting inside the back door that is unlock and sleeping inside of empty apartments. The security cameras are not turned on regularly but only when a security guard is at the desk. Another safety issue that I'm concerned about is older tenants not receiving assistance to get out of the building when there is a fire. There are often fires and In the past security has assisted with getting out of the building safely but this no longer done. I 've told the corporate office about theses issues but nothing has been done. Also the inside maintenance of the building is hardly ever cleaned, only when there is an inspection.
