    I revived a letter in the mail stating she was dropping me as a pt. Which was fine…however once I got my medical records and a somewhat snarky letter in the mail explaining she’d continue care until 11/20/23, I tried reaching her several times via text and phone calls. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, maybe being busy with a delivery, I waited a few more days before contacting again. However no reply am any form. My texts were very polite and all I asked is for her to touch base with me and call me back when she was able. It’s been several weeks now, a huge lack of communication on her behalf plus now we’re out of pocket $1200!

    I will not be offering any further refund as I only retained the money due for services rendered and refunded the rest.  The details of which were outlined in the contract the patient signed.  I have attached a more detailed letter.
