    I bought a transmission for $1490 from the business. The original agreement was for him to call around and find a transmission installed for $1500. The transmission should have a warranty. He went to his junkyard and paid $800 for a transmission and charged me $750 for labor. The warranty he gave me was only for 30 days when he assured it should have been 1 year. I picked up the car and less than 15 days in, I was having trouble with the car. I took it back to them and they test drove it, they saw it was problems with the transmission. The gear shift was not working properly. I told him that I was experiencing the same problems as I did with my old transmission. He told me he would take the transmission out, put in the old transmission and give me my money back. I took my car in yesterday and he refused to give my money and said nothing was wrong with the transmission, even though he told me last Thursday he would refund my money.
