They delivered two couches to my home. During the process of moving them in they scratched and dented my front door. It took the paint off. It is a new door so there was no previous damage. We never go in and out of that door only to get packages. We go in and out through the garage. After they left about 8 days after we noticed the damage. We had not used the door since. One of the couches had a broken chip off one of the legs which I believe caused the damage. I called the owner and he said he spoke to the delivery guy and they said they did not do it and nothing was noted when they left. It was not noted because we didnt think to check. We didnt expect them to ruin our door. They left one couch in the middle of the room and threw the cushions about. They were supposed to move the old couch into the garage but left before they did that. I believe they knew they damaged the door. I managed to call them to come back and they said they would. This was just 5 minutes after they left. They never did return. I followed up with my sales lady and she said they were already in ************** when I called which was impossible. They lied to me. The sales lady lied to me. They delivered a couch with a damaged leg. I do have a warranty on that particular couch. I was told by the owner they did not cause the damage and he said he would not compensate us for the damage. Actually he couldnt even get those words out of his mouth. I had to literally ask him if he was going to do something about it. He didnt even offer to fix the chipped leg on my chair.

When the sofa was delivered to the home a gentlemen that we believe was the homeowner was there to accept the delivery.   We moved one sofa outside during the delivery but was instructed by the gentlemen at the house to not worry about moving the other sofa outside.  He stated that someone else could do that later.  He signed our ticket that everything was received in good condition.   We were not notified of any damage to the door until 10 day later.  I felt that due to the duration of time before being notified along with the remaining old sofa that still had to be removed by someone that Wright Furniture was not responsible for the damage door.  I also had individual interviews with the delivery men that delivered the sofa and they both said they did not scratch the door.  The delivery guys stated to me that the gentlemen that was there to receive the delivery actually held the door open for them.
