    I had an original transmission job that needed to be done. I turned it in on June 28, 2023 and whenever I called there, and I gave them the money the first day, $200.00. I asked how long it would take. She said July 11th and I went ahead and went with it. I called them on July 10th to make sure it would be ready to go. She said they didn&#**;t have it on the rack yet. I paid them to get the transmission on June 29th. So, I asked to talk to the manager and they said it should be done by Wed., July 12. When I drove it off the lot, my car was squeaking. I went right back up there. I said my car has got a squeak. The manager of the place and one of the workers (*****************) came out and pushed around on my car and said it seems like it was ? . They said let me **** it up and I said wait a minute this is going to cost me money. They told me what could be the problem, another $171. I already paid them over $2,000. It is still just as bad as it was before I took it there. Then they said this is what we can really do to fix this and showed me a bill for $600. **** said she would have *** call me tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went and I never got a call back from the manager - 3-5 days. As soon as you get in the car, it starts squeaking. It wasn&#**;t like this before I took it in to them. I would like the $171 back.
