    1. Depression (about 4 feet wide) in front of entry, holds water (ice), concrete ram damaged. ******* Charlton said he "would send 2 workers over to fix the problem." ********************************* on his Camdenton job site. He did not take my calls, 11/7/23. 2. Pavement on driveway is crooked, damaged by worker.3. Surface of pavement is uneven in depth. I was told 3" - 3 1/8" asphalt minimum, gravel came to surface.4. Slurry seal applied with hand sprayer haphazardly. Some areas do not appear sealed.5. Paving material dropped by truck, in front of paving machine, leaving uneven surface, a small pond when it rains, east side of house. 6. Note: Pictures enclosed

    I would like this complaint reopened, I previously sent over proof that I had contact with this business and the response is not true! I am not sure why it was not received or upload with the others. I will mail those documents again. I am not a male, my full name is Rita Marlene Goodrow.

    This letter is in response to your letter, dated September 5, 2024.  On July 27, 2024, I mailed a copy of Charlton's Paving & Slurry Seal paperwork.  I paid $33,500 via check.  He completed paving on September 14, 2023.  A check was written on that date.

    I am the sole property owner of this land.  I was the person who contracted for the paving job.  Raymond Charlton has spoken with me on many occasions.  The last time I spoke with Raymond Charlton was on May 2, 2024.  He said he would come by and take a look at the paving.  I have heard nothing since from him.
