    My complaint is that I needed front tires. I got 2 used front tires. I had them put on, $75 a tire. I come home and get up the next morning, my tires are flat. I managed to get it back over to the avenue because they were leaking air. He said I will have to put in a rubber air valve in unless you buy the tires. They fixed it and put it on my car. Yesterday, I get up and one of my tires was flat again. I called him and he said he wasn't fixing it any more. When I looked at the tires, they were weathered. I got a can of Fix A Flat and it didn't work. My daughter's boss came over and fixed it. When I put the air in it didn't take it, it filled it up and the tire popped right in my face. The tire was not put on properly.

    My complaint is everybody has to buy a used tire but $75 for tires that didn't work and to try to sell me air pads is not acceptable and I tried to call the man at this tire shop and he hung up on me. There should be a law not to sell bad tires.

    I would like to get a refund.

    Her complaint is false and a lot of it just isn't true. She purchased 2 used tires from me that were sold "AS IS"/ no refunds for $75 and drove on them for 3 weeks and then all of a sudden had a leak in one of them. She came in angry and cussed me and I still looked at the tire no charge. It was her valve stem and not the tire I sold her. I fixed it anyway no charge. A week later, I get a call screaming into the phone "you fuckers" and then went on a rant of cussing and threatening me. Tires get holes in them all the time from things, I am not responsible for things you run over. Even though, it had been almost a month and they were sold "AS IS" I would have gladly looked at the tire again for free had she not cussed me out and acting like a crazy person. I want my customers happy and I do stand behind my work. But, due to her threatening behavior I refuse to work on her car and I don't want her near my business. There is nothing wrong with the tires she purchased, the problem had to do with her rim and valve stem which I told her about but refused to accept that fact. She also put a can of "fix a flat" in the tire which makes it un-repairable. I am not going to respond to this person or this false complaint any further. This person needs to learn you'll get more out of people by being nice instead of being crazy!
