      So I had traded in my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica for a 2019 Ford Flex I had gotten approved for the loan and they took $1000 for the trade and I gave them all the necessary paperwork they asked for also signed papers and drove the vehicle off the lot. A couple weeks later they stated I needed to bring in the documents again cause they lost them or whatever their story is. They told me I wouldn’t get another vehicle or my old one back. My payment is not due until well the 8th of July 2024 well recently got Pulled over and they towed my vehicle and now tow lot will not let me have any of my personal belongings. The car is not registered in my name yet because they just told me the car lot has my title. They told me today they are not taking the car from but I need to call tow lot I’ve spoken w them and will not release any of my belongings. Please help I have a 8 year old and we need our vehicle

      On July 8,2024 I had asked max motors the saleman. ******* ***** about my title to my cord flex He responded back to me stating they have my title but needed to go through inspection but the salesman didn’t not give me a time or anything when to bring it it all he stated that he was going to ask the service people and let me know but no response. The have now took my Ford Flex and it’s been a week. Now since I’ve gotten my old car back and I’ve emailed and texted and no response back about my title. Also they had no right to take my vehicle back knowing I was not in default I had even sent them a picture of my money order and still yet took the car from me
