      I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Sport. I hit a pothole that cause my suspension to be destroyed. I called my insurance which is ******** and they advised me to take my car to a repair shop that is within their network (Car Craft) had my car towed to their shop to do the repairs, My car has air suspension that requires ******** and this business put air in it instead, which also  caused the *** system and tire pressure lights on my dash to go off, which then caused my vehicle to not be drivable yet again. When I took my car back to them, they stated that they could not find the issue and that they would need to send it over to Dodge Jeep Chrysler next door to them ( which I had originally suggested to my insurance company that it should go there but they insisted that Car Craft would be able to fix it. Dodge Jeep ******** stated that it was air instead of nitrogen in my suspensions, 2 front airbags of the suspension were damaged, and my car needs rewiring to fix everything that Car Craft caused. The business never informed me when they would send my vehicle to *****, I had to find out through them (Dodge) that my vehicle was dropped off by Car Craft, it was driven by Car Craft (still damaged) next door, Dodge had  to look for me in their lobby (that I was not in, because I had no knowledge that my vehicle was there) and after running my plates and registration they call and tell me they did not have the key, that they later found in their drop box with a note in an envelope. I called my insurance company and informed them that my vehicle was at the dealership (Dodge) dropped off by Car Craft with no communication to either myself nor ********. My insurance company stated they would look into it, they will not provide me a rental car to get to and from work, which has caused more of an inconvenience to me having to get around. Dodge Jeep ******** stated they will be drawing up an estimate for all of the repairs and provide them to me.

      I am responding to complaint ID # 22358216. 

      The vehicle in question is a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and has been deemed a total loss by the insurance company. The customer has cleaned out their belongings from the vehicle. The insurance company has been in contact with the customer for the settlement process.
