      I had an issue with them in the past but they keeps their word and lowered my balance after they recived the check from my insurance I am very satisfied thank you aspen dental

      completely unprofessional business owned by *********** dental llc as a franchisee of ascend dental. I had an appointment booked for over a month for them to call to say sorry we just noticed we aren't open ok your appt day and will have to reschedule you ANOTHER MONTH OUT. I scheduled the appointment as I needed a dentist to fix my pain I'm having not to decide 9 days before my appointment that's been scheduled for over a month then say sorry your in pain we will schedule you in in another month cause we screwed up thr scheduling not even hey I'm sorry maybe we can squeeze you in earlier. Garbage location and *********** seems to think your his ***** when the office ladies didn't like that I was mad as that felt extremely unprofessional. Then I actually came here to leave a review as I'll also be going to the bbb just to make sure their lack or service quality is shared and what do I find? Terrible reviews about inexperienced dentist doing work on paint, patients in pain as no anesthesia was given or anything else. stay away from this entirely unprofessional company somehow some garbage guy bought a franchise with aspen dental as apparently he's no good enough to open a practice in his own name I guess he thought aspen dental would be better. Bad business all the way around. AVOID ASPEND DENTAL AND *********** LLC AT ALL COST.

      I had an an operation that failed. Tooth extraction, bone graft and implant all in same day. 2 weeks after surgery I was still in excruciating pain, and at the 2week ***** The s**** for the implant completely backed out. I received a second opinion from a separate dentist in which I was told what was done was not appropriate and caused more damage. Im currently without a front tooth and currently still dealing with deterioration of the bone. The office has not responded to my calls, voicemails, and emails. All of which I have kept recorded!

      I was going through the process getting an implanted crown. This process started last year (2022). I was leaving after getting a procedure and the person at the check out desk asked me if I wanted to pay for the crown now or next year. I asked what's the difference and she said if I pay for it now it will be more expensive, so I went ahead and paid for it then. $1400 (aprox) I went through all the procedures and now (2023) I arrived for an appointment for cleaning and and then change chairs to get the crown. When I arrived the front desk person said I owed another. $550 (Aprox). I said no there must be some mistake and that I paid for this up front. A heated discussion ensued and they (at least) let me get the cleaning done. I told the dental hygienist what was going on and she reassured me that I would get the crown. In the next room they said I had to pay the last $550. Another heated discussion started up again. At one point they produced a statement and said the actual placement of the crown wasn't included in the statement. To me that made no sense to not include the actual placement of the crown. The dentist came and said if I want the tooth I had to pay the amount or I wouldn't get the crown. I then asked for my $1400 back. They wouldn't do that either. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. I had other things to do so I left very disappointed and angry I told them to put the crown where the sun don't shine.
