    I only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. This place is disgusting. They don't clean anything. It smell like dogs and urine. Crackheads mold and roaches everywhere. Staff members living in the rooms with other family members causing problems between customers being drunk and loud. They don't clean anything the front desk disgusting with 5-6 ppl sitting behind the counter. They don't provide clean sheets or do housekeeping ever. The staff is rude and disrespectful. The entire building full of family members that work and live there. Everything is dirty especially the basement rooms where all the dogs be. The staff just walk in your room without knocking and when I said something to the office I never got a answer. The health department needs to be there. The sinks falling off stove disgusting and cabinets. The bathroom tub peeling bad bad plus the water faucet broke. They make up rules everyday harassing customers. Don't go here they make up their own prices and rules.

    This place is deplorable and ***** infested. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. This place need to be shut down. It is unlivable. They refuse to refund your money after you sign a policy saying no refunds. They policy also, says they will provide a safe, clean place for you which is not true. They do not tell you when you sign the paper that you will wake up to roaches in your bed and crawling all over your headboard. They don't tell you about how filthy the rooms will be or about all of the holes in the walls.
