      On five nineteen twenty twenty three my son was What's sent by his Endocrinologist To have Blood work done at the lab. I was unaware that it was a separate medical facility. I provided Insurance information. A few months later I start receiving bills. I call several times to provide insurance information again. Today I called 3 separate time. The first time The woman hung up on me the second time. The lady claims she couldn't hear me the third time. The man said he could not access my account because the first representative still had it open. This is causing unnecessary stress. I need for them to charge ********************* for this debt.

      We would need specific information so the complaint could be routed appropriately. We would need to know what facility services were received to look into seeing if she could receive a billing adjustment. She would also need to provide her son's name to look into it further.
