      I applied happily for the very high rate 11 month CD and followed up with both the posted emails and the telephone numbers. No one ever replied to my calls or emails.Two weeks after applying I received a notification from the bank requesting I confirm my bank to withdraw, I called again requesting a call with clear instructions ( this was the third call after two emails).I did not receive a reply.I am canceling the transfer as I feel little trust in an institution that promotes good customer service but provides none. If there were a zero star, I would check that box.
