    The only good thing about this Dealership was my salesmen, ****. I have had multiple issues with the brand new 2024 ******** I purchased 8/31/2024. From the service department not fixing my chipped paint correctly (it took 3 appointments). I had to have a control arm replaced in February 2025. There have already been 2 recalls. I had a squeaking sound when my car shifted from 2nd to 3rd gear, especially going uphill. Was told that they could hear it but it wasn't loud enough for them to figure out how to fix it. So it had to get worse before they could do anything. I reached out to the Service Manager to send a video of the sound to see if he had a solution. After 3 weeks, I had no response from e-mails or voicemail that I had left. I also left a voicemail for the sales manager. I reached out to my salesman and he was finally able to get me a response. EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of professionalism and honestly the lack of competence with the service department. I will never return here.

    Fraudsters, *****, and manipulators.First they sell me a car with a lose battery that almost killed me. Then it turns out the car was not supposed to be sold as a certified pre-owned due to the damage that was undocumented and repaired poorly. The rear windshield was not factory and installed wrong but apparently That is ok and meets th le standards . THESE GUYS ARE CRIMANALS IN SUITS. From ***************************** that sold me the car then said legally we did nothing wrong and tried using the black card on me by saying I know how they do use (black people) Ima make sure you get a good deal to the manager *************************** that I showed multiple spots of damage showing the car had been repainted BADLY, the car had small dents from where a larger dent was pulled out, a headlight stop working at 30k miles on the side where the damage was, even the window that was installed wrong and not factory which he replied maybe they didn't have a factory window in stock THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS I WAS SOLD A CAR AS IF IT WAS CERTIFIED AND HAD NOT ACCIDENTS AND CAME WITH A 130 point inspection but was unsafe to drive( driving with a lose battery and window that is installed wrong WILL KILL YOU. Also the value of the car is less than what they sold it for because how is a vehicle with badly repaired damage valued the same as a car that ACTUALLY WAS NOT IN A ACCIDENT and is a actual certified pre-owned. So when I go to trade the car in they will say hey this car was in a accident we will offer you less The car also use to to be a rental so to have damage on a rental that was badly repaired and not reported is a RED FLAG. But these people don't care they just want to s**** you over and lie and manipulate you. but don't worry YOU PEOPLE PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER I WILL NOT GO AWAY TILL JUSTICE IS SERVED . i Beg everyone especially those of color DO NOT TRUST ANY Bommarito dealership . you will regret it. This is not a dealership its a stealership.

    I purchased a VW from this establishment and the price quoted to me was $22k. By the time I received my paperwork and read it at home I learned that I would be paying $30k with $637/month car note. I noticed that extended warranties and some key insurance was added in which is the reason car came up to $30k. I cancelled the warranty Aug 29. 2022 through warranty company. I was told it would take 6 six weeks. The process was warranty company sends check to dealer and dealer submit check to my finance company. After six weeks I began multiple phone calls up until October. Then I went up there and spoke with the same finance guy. He proceeded to punch in things in computer and claim he didn't see my name on invoices. Then he said well let's do it this way and it will be quicker and had me sign a piece of paper to cancel again. Then he asked if I wanted to trade it back in. I told him no and he quickly dismissed me out of his office with an "I don't give a ****attitude. So I wait some more weeks and called back I got nothing! Finally I get a call from a nice salesman introducing him self letting me know my old salesman has left and if I ever needed anything to let him know. So I told him my issue. He has been on his game and has really been in contact with me to get this resolved. He tried going to the same finance guy I did but he was getting the same answers I was getting. Finally he went to someone else to find my refund. Now here we are in Feb 2023 and he called me back and the other person's found my refund on the September invoice. Imagine that! So I was told by him to give it 2 weeks. He called me back to see if my finance company received and still nothing. So we are at 6 months of me waiting for my refund to be sent to the finance company. I really appreciate the young man for helping me give him a raise. But that finance guy in the far left office get rid of his ***! But still today no refund! It's held me back from refinancing. This is bad business on VW!
