    Pool Specialist built and had been servicing our pool for the past 8 years: Open/Close/weekly maintenance and cover storage. We referred our friends to them for maintenance and new pool installation. THIS is the thank you we get!!!!We received a letter this week saying that Pool Specialist is dropping us this year. There was no phone call/ no explanation, just a generic We appreciate the opportunity to have served you over the past number of years but at this time we feel our services do not align with your needs. We feel it is in both parties best interest to discontinue our business relationship.Think long and hard about giving your business to a company that has no regard for tenured customers.

    Although we were very happy with the $300,000 plus pool Pool Specialist built for us. We are very dissatisified with the follow-up service we are receiving. Pool Specialists notified us earlier this year via a written email they are too busy building pools to provide any service to repair any and all issues we are having with our pool.
