Dear BBB Representative Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand Mr. ******** ****** has expressed concerns regarding the termination of his training at MTC.MTC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional training environment for all students and staff. While we acknowledge that Mr. ******** ****** had previously demonstrated commitment to the program, a pattern of behavior developed that required formal ***************. Jeremiah ****** made several disruptive complaints directly to other businesses in an aggressive manor about neighboring businesses noise within a short period, as an example on one occasion, confronted a neighboring business owner directly in an aggressive and profane manner over a car being parked next to his that Mr. ******** ****** stated cost more than the business owners car , as confirmed by both our staff and the neighboring business owner. This confrontation occurred during class hours and without involving staff, which is not in line with our conduct expectations.Following that incident, we attempted to calmly de-escalate the situation and invited Mr. ******** ****** to a behavior review meeting. He initially agreed but refused to participate upon the arrival of a second staff member. When presented with a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), Mr. ******** ****** sat on the floor, became visibly agitated, used profanities, and proceeded to drive aggressive as he left the premises abruptly.Due to the severity of his conduct, and in the interest of maintaining a safe learning environment for others, *** made the difficult decision to terminate his enrollment. Importantly, no tuition was billed to Mr. ******** ****** or to the VA; therefore, he is not financially responsible for any charges related to the program. We regret that this outcome was necessary and wish Mr. ******** ****** the best in his future endeavors.
