    On 9/25/24 and 10/9/24 I used the drink vending machine in the basement of *******************. The vending machine took my money but did not dispense a drink. So far it has only stolen $6 from me but since this company has put zero signage up about the problem it has taken money from many other city employees and city residents. When anyone attempts to contact the company to reach any sort of resolution, they do not pick up. Their online contact form does nothing. Their ****** reviews make clear they have a pattern of stealing people's money and not returning it and something has to be done to hold them accountable. While the amounts are small, they are adding up.

    I have told my accounting manager and cash room controller to reach out to Saul and get his address for us to send him his refund in full. Also have a technician going to check the machine and correct any issues. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

    Vending machine payment kiosk was replaced at my place of employment. The app used on the old machine does not work on the new kiosk. I have cash funds on the old app that needs to be transferred to the new app that is used on the new payment kiosk. I have downloaded the new app & registered for a new account but it doesn't work. I have sent emails and left phone messages at ******************************* has ever responded.

    I put money in the vending machine that's located in the ******* and ****** building in ***************** I actually put a dollar in machine once I put the dollar machine I changed my mind hit the button to try to get my money back the machine told me that it does not give change without purchase so it's initially stealing my money telling me I can't have my money back if I don't want to make a purchase so it holds your money hostage and forces you to put more money in the machine even if you don't want to make a purchase anymore it holds your money it won't let you do anything else but put my money in it to make a purchase won't let you make a get a refund from money that you haven't spent yet you only put in the machine they need to be investigated immediately cuz this sounds like stealing to me you're forcing someone to spending money after they put a dollar in and change their mind and said they don't want it anymore they want their money back but you won't give them their money back and just hold it that's got to be stealing on some sort I'm trying to figure out how many people have they done this to thousands maybe even millions this is some type of scam that's going on with this machine got to be a scam who steals money like that cuz that is got to be stealing

    There is a common practice at accounts that when the ********************** machine is being used more so as a change machine for other purposes than the change in the vending machine being used solely for making change for vending purposes. When this is the case the machine gets put on force vend to ensure when money is accepted by the machine that a product is purchased before change is made. If we allow it to be used as just a change maker then the vending machine runs out of change right away and the machine is then no longer able to make change for actual purchases and limits who can use it as it will say "use exact change only".

    I have lost a total of $3.90 in the snack vending machine located on the 2nd floor of the ****** ****************** (BLI). I have called the office to inquire about a refund. I was asked to leave a note on the machine. There was no response. The rep told me she didnt know what else to do. I asked her for a refund from her office. She said something like We dont do that. She also lied and said that the company was not located in *********.

    If the money was lost in a vending asset and not a market asset there are a few ways of getting a refund. 

    -Sticky note is a possible solution but at larger accounts we set up a refund person at their location who is responsible for holding the "refund bank" 

    -Im not sure who the customer got a hold of or during what hours of the day but after hours we have a remote answering service that takes in messages for us. These are not always the best. ***** or ***** at our office line ************ between the hours of 9am and 5pm are the best times to call and they can mail out refunds to any given address. Sorry about any confusion!
