    I got a brand new FULL set with dip and they all just slid off after 7days!! They started to come off after just 5 days!! I have nails and have for many years and Ive only lasted 4+ weeks and then I get a refill Ive never had a whole entire fake set of nails just fall off especially starting less than a week so I called the salon where I was told it was my fault and told it was my problem I was told if I wanted to do said it would cost $45 plus tax I am full name that I was upset because it has been one week and I have lost a WHOLE SET to which I was talked over and ignored. I went with my mum from ****** and I was done WAY BEFORE HER, mine was rushed and Evidently not done right ?? And then went into the salon and the young girl went outside to get her father who I really didnt want to talk to because he wasnt helpful he then progressed to tell me how it was my nails and he wouldnt do anything to help me out even though they know I was in there one week ago to the day!!!! It has everyone in the store was looking at me the young girl decided to raise her *********** getting all kinds of mad at me telling me how its my nails and its trial and error and if I want a new set I have to pay full price its not their fault and its not their problem and they will not be doing anything to help me out!! ***** the mum just sat there but between the dad and daughter there is NO WAY ID RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! They are so rude and unhelpful, I left the salon in tears at the way I was spoken too!!!! Im incredibly upset and never in my 35years have I been treated this badly by a buisness!!! IM SSOO DISGUSTED AT THEM, I paid over $130.00 before tip and tipped 25% WHICH THEY GLADLY TOOK!!?? Im left with razor sharp zagged nails now!! They didnt even offer to smooth them out or anything just tried to charge me for another full set at full price. Kept telling me it was my own fault raising her voice so all the customers were staring at me!!
