      three times I've been to their service center after my extended warranty ended. I wanted to keep my truck up to date still with *********** However, they started by telling me that items they had JUST replaced were bad. I had a complete transmission replaced, only to go back for a simple thermostat issue and them to tell me that hoses were going bad to my transmission. The transmission that was JUST replaced. Most recently and my final straw was going in for my front brakes. I heard metal grinding. It is June. These brakes were just replaced in November. The service associate said there was no way to determine that it was their issue. Service ticket stated that the brake hose clamp was rounded, meaning that their technician did that. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them. I will never use their service center, and I will never recommend anyone to do business with this outfit.

      Service **** is outright garbage. No sense in making appointments as they don't honor them. Somehow, every time I take a vehicle in for service, it's hours or days until it gets "looked at". Two weeks ago I made an appointment for oil change. The night before my oil change my truck started making whining noises (belts/alternator). I asked for oil change and for someone to a provide diagnostic check ($200+), knowing parts would need to be ordered for future fix. I sat in dealership for 3 hours waiting on oil change. When I went to pay, it was for oil change only. No one looked at my truck to diagnosis. Then I was told to make an appt. Made an appt for a week out, 9am. Get a call from dealer at 1pm telling me that they probably won't get to my vehicle until lunch tomorrow. I can come pick up my truck and bring it back tomorrow, but may possibly have to wait another day. Tech said they make appts, but don't know how many techs are working any given day, so are never on schedule. Like any business know how many staff will be working any given day. Give me a break. I've bought 4 vehicles from them, serviced all of them from this dealership, and get the WORST freaking service from the Service ****. Oh and even though they can't be held accountable to an appointment time, they won't give you a loaner when they have to keep it overnight. Unfortunately, they're booked out 3 weeks. I've heard that exact statement EVERY single time I've asked for a loaner over the years. it's like they don't have any loaners and give you that BS since they know your vehicle will be fixed PRIOR to that. I hate this service ****, and have only been going because it's literally in front of my house. I guess I'll be driving down the road now. S**** this place!!!

      No need in wasting my breath as it hasn't done any good yet but Cadillac SRX is junk Cadillac xt5 same thing junk......jan 2021 purchase one that was only ran hundreds of miles on and off marke5 for 6months . It was a ******. It has computer, emissio s wiring issues ************************* 9 months 5 accidents one gonna cost a ton . J van horrible fibber. Get it in yesterday so havent got all done . Here's cR fax it was tweaked for sale.... I owe ***** on it lost it a yr and a half ago.....

      I bought a 2015 chev sonic, the on star would not connect. I spoke with **** ***** the salesman several times. He told me he had to reset computer from our sale and then to have me try again, i reached out to him 4 times never was this resolved. I finally made appointment with service dept. I was told it would cost me 1200 to fix. If I hadn't been strung along I would of returned this car several days after I bought it. **** ***** has worked for sapaugh for over 20 years he knows EXACTLY what he did.
      SO EVERY TIME I TURN CAR ON I HEAR YOUR IN DEMONSTRATION MODE.

      I have 10 letters from loan companies where Sapaugh submitted my information on someone elses loan for a vehicle. I called and spoke to the ** who denied any wrong doing in spite of my letters. I called several times to speak to the owner. I was finally able to speak with him. He referred to me to his **. When I tried to respond that his ** was not handling the situation, the owner hung up on me.

      I wouldnt mind having a reasonable conversation with ******************. My concern is that when I did speak to ***************** originally, he was not very pleasant to me to the point of actually being rude. As such, I am hesitant. Should ****************** be willing to be respectful about the entirety of the situation, please have him call me.

      Alsoplease state in detail HOW your employees have been treated poorly and disrespected. I would really like to know as I have only spoken to ***************** and Mr. ********************** (who hung up on me) about this matter.
