    I was booked by booking.com on May ***** at this hotel I have to cancelled due to illness It was cancelled and I needed a refund the hotel charge me ****** but my credit card was charge ****** cents and this hotel will not issue any refund whatsoever. I contacted booking and they told me that the hotel should be the one to refund me for some reason the hotel I contacted told me they cant refund because booking doesnt issue refund. I called several times with no luck . Of refund I need my money back its a lot of money to not get a refund for a hotel that I didnt use . Please I need my money back . The lady manager was also rude and insisted that I cant get no refund whatsoever.

    We have spoken with the guest and booking.com. When booking a non-refundable reservation, it is just that. Non-Refundable. We have offered a full credit to return, offered a date change and a gift certificate. 

    The policy for Non-Refundable bookings is not adjustable. In our industry people cancel and cannot travel for multiple reasons. There is an option to book with flex that doesn't charge the guest and allows them to cancel. This guest did not use that option. 

    On our end, we had already submitted commission payments on this reservation and paid the taxes. We also held the room and had it ready for arrival. In good faith, we upheld our agreement to provide lodging.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I was first overcharged by both booking and the hotel it is wrong to take money out of my credit card for more than it supposed too . I was charged ****** cents . The hotel cost only ****** This is a scam . And I also canceled right away they can be booked the hotel plenty of time. If thats what they need to make money I demand a full refund please.
