Purchased a new boat from them in July of 2022. There has been some issues with the boat and trailer. They have been difficult to deal with and do not want to help me because they already have my money. The trailer for boat is having issues now and they are refusing to service it because of a review I left on ********.

    Business Response

    Date: 12/02/2022

***** ***** brought his **** Boat in for some paint warranty work, Eberlin Boats & Motors, Inc. contacted **** and they wanted the boat back at the factory to do the warranty work. Eberlin Boats & Motors, Inc. hauled the boat to **** at our expense, the customer continued to call us and wanted extra stuff done at no cost due to his problem with the boat. We discussed these demands with **** and were told that they would only repair the warranty Problems.

When the boat was completed at ****, We picked up the boat and hauled it back to our shop, again at our expense. We did install some of the customer options at a discount price to help, since ***** did have problems (good customer service). ***** picked up his boat and then posted on ******** no to do business with Eberlin Boats & Motors, Inc. Now he has more warranty work he wants done. Eberlin Boats & Motors, Inc. advised customer to call **** Boats for any future warranty repair, since he has trashed  Eberlin Boats & Motors on Social media.
