I commissioned Arbor Tree Care, LLC, to remove a large tree, grind the ***** down and also remove a large **** on the property located at ******************************************* (rental property). I had used this company before so I didn't anticipate there would be any problems. He removed the tree and **** but he did not grind the ***** down. He, *****************************, told me in February that the man with the grinder was in an accident so he would let me know when he would do the ***** grinder after it was fixed. On March 29, 2024, I texted him to find out what's going on and to get a date when the work would be finished. He texted me back to say there was a part that was back-ordered on the grinder. It was supposed to be in late the follwing week so he should be up and running by the week after that. On April 22, 2024, I texted and asked that he give me a date when he would do the ***** grinding. I got no response. On May 13, 2024, I again texted him to inform me what's going onwith the ***** grinding that still needs to be done. As of today, May 21, 2024, I still have not heard back from him. I want him to reimburse me the amount for the ***** grinding so I can have someone else to do the work, which doesn't appear is going to happen since he won't respond to me. I paid a total of $4,400. The invoice, #***, he sent me, which I paid on 2/1/14, did not separate the amounts for the tree removal, ***** grinding and **** removal. So I don't know the amount for the grinding itself. His Tax # is *********. I'd like a refund so I can get some other company to grind down the *****. I no longer trust Arbor Tree Care to finish this job.

    Good morning,
I filed a complaint yesterday with you.  I know it can't be changed, edited or deleted but can I add to it?  I typed in a wrong date of 2/1/14, which should be 2/19/24.  Just wanted it to be correct.

    Thank you,

Paid $1,100 to Arbor Tree Care LLC for Tree Removal. They successfully removed the tree. However, they backed up their bucket truck on my sidewalk and cracked it in 2 places (2 sections of sidewalk). I called the owner ****** he came out within a few days and acknowledged the cracks were fresh and he took responsibility for them. He said that he would reimburse me for the cost of replacement, and send out his concrete guy to get an estimate. After a few months of excuses of why the concrete guy was not able to make it, I called my own concrete person and I got a quote. I sent the information to **** via text and he agreed to pay me $400 (per the quote). Over the next number of months **** made promises to pay and excuses why he did not. After about 6 months of this he ghosted me... I tried to reach out multiple times since, with no response.
