      June 2022, We had a retaining wall extended and our yard fixed up to cover up where there was once a pool and to help keep the backyard from flooding. The sod was infested with ants which got in our house, mushrooms popped up all over the place and the grass died within 3 days (yes it was watered) Where the pool was is now a ***** muddy sand pit when it rains because no dirt was laid down on top of it, i have this green mesh netting all around my yard that keeps my dogs and children from playing in the yard and wraps around my mower blade when i cut the grass. They buried a downspout drain that caused flooding in my basement, they tore up my front yard and was told they would come back and fix it up and never did. I attempted to reachout and got no response but of course they cashed that check real quick. There is such a huge gap between retaining wall and the wall of dirt it is supposed to hold that i can stick my arm in between. On the top of the hill, i requested the ground level be more even with the concrete patio slabs and it looks like they took more than what they replaced and can now see under the concrete slabs. You werent able to before! Attempts were made to reachout to Lawn Groomers, but no responses.

      I have been in contact with the company listed in the complaint, Lawn Groomers, and we have worked things out. They will be fixing everything in the Sping of 2023. I was hoping to have the complaint removed but I am unsure what more I need to do to get the completed.

      Two issues.
      1) Lawn Groomers is attempting to charge for services in 2021 that were already paid. Similar issue with two other neighbors which those have been resolved except for mine is still outstanding.
      2) Paid for services in 2022, Lawn Groomer’s is refusing to complete service which will cause major issues to irrigation during winter. In addition I am still pending a response for discounted repair services as mentioned so that I can pay for the repairs.

      This email was sent to ** ****** to try to resolve.

      Please see attached for an
      explanation of the outstanding that is owed on your bill. In 2021 you did not
      take our Irrigation Plan and you were billed for your start up and backflow
      test plus repairs . You sent in a check for $262.09. You then told us you were
      supposed to have the Irrigation Plan and it was explained to you that the
      Irrigation Plan is a prepaid plan that is offered usually at the end of the
      previous year or early in the Spring. We accommodated you and backdated the
      Irrigation Plan to adjust your bill to reflect the plan and lowered the cost of
      your start up, backflow test and winterization. The plan was $230, and the
      repairs were $77.59 for a total of $307.59. You sent in $262.09 and owe a
      balance of $45. If you look at what you paid, the winterization was not
      included. We are only charging you $45 more to shut your system down. This is
      owed. In 2022 a prepaid Irrigation Plan was sent in late that we honored. We
      started your system and did repairs. As you can see on the plan, labor and
      parts are NOT included in the startup . The parts used for the repair are
      $89.23 and the labor is $40. The $129.23 is owed for this service. After
      reviewing all invoices and payments I feel we are justified on the amount owed.
      You have been discounted several times and we are only asking for payments on
      services we provided to you. If you have any additional questions please let me
      know.
