The owner quoted a $3400 fee for two men working up to two days. They finished in three hours. I was upset with that because it wasn't what was promised. We agreed on $2800. I had to call him back because mold had been missed. They said they would send someone out but no one has called or visited. I don't think they did much more than wipe down with bleach.

This customer was never quoted a time frame, she expressed she had been sick as of lately. I told her it would take one day, but to give us two days just in case. She was given a discount less than the signed agreement which stated no time frame at all! We have over 80 5 star ****** reviews and zero bad ratings. There wasnt mold missed however she found a picture somewhere where she assumed mold was on it. After giving a discount and being called a liar, i could care less about this meaningless complaint from a bitter 84 yr old woman who changes her story every 5 min!
She gets a .5 star cutomer rating!
