    I hired JK exteriors to do some work on my house. I paid them $921. They sent me the receipt and I was charged $771 for materials. I had siding in my garage and the guy used my personal siding. They charged me for materials and used my own personal materials and not theirs. I've been calling for 3 years and I finally got a call back in October and spoke with **** the owner. He was rude and nasty. He started harassing me stating that he's not paying me $771 on a $921 order. I told the guy who did the work that I had siding in my garage but I did not authorize them to use my siding in my garage. **** stated that the salesman's ( guy who did the work) called me and talked to me and that never happed. I feel like he tried to take advantage of me because Im elderly.

    We did a job for this consumer in 2021.  We replaced a small piece of siding on his home.  We need 11 pieces to repair it.  The consumer provided 3 or 4 pieces to us and we purchased the rest from Arrowhead.  The consumer was satisfied with the job.  Then he contacted us about a year and a half later requesting the leftover pieces.  There were no leftover pieces. We are not really sure where the leftover siding is located because we don't have it.  We did not bid this to have extra siding.

    I hired this company 2 months ago, and I gave him a $4K deposit. I have tried repeatedly to call and text and emailing, and he has ghosted me. Any time I have talked to him he comes up with excuses. Last time it was COVID.

    This is an unreasonable complaint and we have tried several times to explain timelines with this customer who the next day doesn't remember conversations so luckily we have everything in text and email. On June 16 the contract was signed, the final color and material options were not picked out until June 28. At that time we explain these are custom order items and take 4 to 8 weeks to get from manufacturing. This is not unreasonable and very standard! On July 22 ***** reached out and asked for an update, we explained and we have the text condo that it's only been three weeks since we ordered. Reminding her again, in writing, the timeline projected was 48 weeks and then we can get in. Today at 3:37 PM my office received a call from ***** and pass the info onto the salesman to follow up! By 4:15 PM this complaint is filed. This is unreasonable and needs to be removed.

    On 06/16/22 I gave JK Exteriors $4000 down payment (I have the receipt and bank proof of cashed check) to build a simple stoop leading down to the patio. It is now 09/09/22 and I have nothing to show for it but a pile of debris and condescending replies and excuses. What can I do????????????????
