      We had Sutherland Construction add a bathroom to our house; it was a small space that needed some creativity to make it all work. ****** was great in laying out his idea and following through with the project. Throughout the process, ***** and ****** made short work of any issues that came up. Bathroom is complete. Sutherland Construction was great to work with, should any other projects come up, I will be contracting them to do the work.

      Experience , with over 30 years building homes & renovating. Honest , dependable & excellent craftsmanship . Did a great job on building our deck & stairs also new fireplace as well as adding matching stone to our house . Good people .

      Sutherland built our home after a fire from the ground up. They're a great company. Bids came in on time and were on the dime. Since the rebuild, they have done some other work for me. It has been done accurately and professionally. First class all the way and no surprises. Billing was always on time and to the dollar. We have been very happy with the company.

      I have used Sutherland Construction a couple of times when the job is too difficult for a husband's honey-do list. They replaced a joist that was rotten on the side of a deck. They hung a 9 ft long trophy fish in our living room. Their prices were cheap to reasonable. Their work is impeccable! Darren came and evaluated the work needed, then scheduled and completed the work within a few weeks. I will not call any other construction company unless they are so busy that it would be years before they can get to it.

      This is the best construction company I’ve ever worked with. I was referred to them and the referral was spot on! Very professional, great communication and really strives to make the customer happy. Shows up on time every time and left my home cleaner than when they got there. Darren is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. I expected his bid to be higher than the other two bids based on his experience and knowledge but it wasn’t. I am a retired real estate broker and have seen a lot of contractors work. His crew that works for him are top notch and respect him. I have never seen a construction company as good as Sutherland Construction. I will use him for future jobs and feel comfortable referring him to my family, friends and neighbors.

      This construction company is one of the best you will ever deal with. The owners are professional and very interested in making sure the project is done correctly and to your satisfaction. I would never build another house with anyone else if at all possible. Honest and fair with bids and pricing.
