    Do not buy from a guy named ************************* selling mirrors for ****************** on ******** Marketplace! He used to own ****************** but now he does not. He is stealing their mirrors and selling them on Marketplace, and once you pay him Cash or ***** he will disregard any complaints that you may have! He has an extremely big ego and acts like he is doing you a favor by selling stolen mirrors for cheap. ****************** also gives him several of their smaller customers, so if you live in ***** or anywhere in the north-east region of ******* and are buying only 1 or 2 mirrors from ******************, it is very likely that you will get *** and his stolen mirrors.Crunch Fitness and Planet Fitness are their largest customers, and they probably don't care about any fraud involved with ****************** because they get their mirrors significantly cheaper. **** (***'s son) now runs ****************** and works together with *** to sell mirrors under the table to people across the country.

    The mirrors are a good price but the company is extremely unorganized and not honest about delivery time. I originally ordered over 8 mirrors. When the installers came to install them I had sent my husband to let them in to complete the install. The company had been instructed to install the mirrors centered on the wall. The installers lied to my husband and told him it was supposed they were supposed to be installed to as close to the left wall as possible. After the install I looked back at all documents signed and their was not a single thing listed about installing the to the left. this has had an huge impact on my business which is a fitness studio. I tried being understanding and just ordered 1 more mirror to correct the installers error. I did not even request any compensation. When I placed the second order, I was told it would take 3-6weeks before the mirror would be installed. They were also going to schedule the install a week before they arrived. Their is only 4 days until the 6 week **** so I called the company requesting an update. They informed me they did not know when they would have installers in the area and would not send someone to install them until they had enough orders from other people in my region. They then said it was not their fault and that they were being kind and made an exception to let me install 1 more mirror. They said their poly is a minimum order of 3 mirrors to have them installed. This is absolutely the opposite of what I was told when I purchased this extra mirror in order to correct the mistake their people made. This is completely unprofessional and dishonest and it has hindered the full potential of my business.
