    Things were fine up to the point where they charged me for an unauthorized pet. There was no formal questioning about the ********** was charged $800 ($300 pet deposit & $50mo from the beginning of lease) The lease only indicated I was due to pay the $50 per month from the start of my lease. I called to inquire about the charges as I had not received a letter or even asked about a unauthorized pet. When I asked ******* about it, I was met with threats such as "we could just evict you". To avoid having any issue I paid despite the lease discrepancy. The only animal, outside of my approved dog, that was inside my home was my brother's service dog over the course of the holiday weekend. This is when things go wrong. I had notified & messaged about several things such as salting & scrapping the sidewalks/parking lot over the winter of 2022. This was met with zero response and zero action taken. The parking lot was only treated once. Fast forward to my move out. I now work for property management and know what proper documents/notice that are required. I provided my 30day notice that I would'nt be renewing as I am month to month. I was not provided in writing a notice of inspection form and had zero response from ******* about when she would be able to schedule one. Multiple attempts to contact her were made. Once informing her that I have the right to be there, her mother *** called to state that ******* was the one who was having issues scheduling with me. Which was entirely false. Prior to inspection I informed KMD that I was going to take legal action. I received a call from the owner **** in which he was vulgar & very aggressive towards me. I instructed them all that I didn't feel comfortable with **** being there at the inspection & that I was going to request for police ******. At the inspection **** did not provide me with a itemized list of charges nor did KMD provide it for me to sign. I was then unlawfully charged and deposit should've been in full.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Invalid response and holds zero foundation as I was only mad after I threatened with eviction when I began questioning the lease and why I was being unlawfully charged for a dog. They provided zero proof that there was even a dog. I was not questioned but was forth right with the fact it was my brother's dog who was his **** Which was only in my home for 3 days over the holidays. By law those are not considered a pet. On top of this charge I was also unlawfully charged on my deposit. I have requested to obtain the carpet cleaning invoice to which I have had no response from anyone. I am speaking with an attorney on this matter and will be speaking with the attorney general.
