    The $179 chimney sweep was a complete waste of money. It took the guy 10 minutes and he did almost nothing. And there was no inspection like they advertise camera inspection that they advertise. They didn't do it all and I don't even think the guy worked for the company. I think he was a subcontractor. I would never use them again.

    Work was completed in a timely manner. Employees were neat and friendly with cleanup being done when finished.

    they play email tag. they do not give a time frame of when they are coming. they give a big of way too much money. the owner if very, very rude on the phone when I call him out of his faults.

    This company is a complete waste of time! Had an appointment for a simple chimney sweep, nothing complicated at all to be done between 10am-Noon. No call, no show so finally sent an email to the owner asking what happened and miraculously they immediately call me but no response on the other end when I answer the phone so I call them back and lady says they had an equipment problem!?!? What a joke
