    Made an order of the companies new Quadscanner product on or about 29 Sep 2022. The order was made by phone with a ****** ****** The price for the item shipped to my door was $1435.25. The item was shipped by UPS and showed up to my residence on Wednesday October 5th, 2022 at 3:32 pm. I opened to container and immediately noticed the items were very poorly packaged and was basically just thrown in the box. Most items had no protective wrapping on them at all and were able to bounce around in the box. Some of these items were of a fragile electronic nature. I only removed the foot pedal which I had noticed it had a broken knob. This is a critical component of the item. I immediately contacted Livescanner by phone and spoke with ****** *****. She told me to send it back to them for repair and they would reimburse me for shipping the item back to them which I did only 45 minutes later on the same day. I took a photo of the UPS receipt for the return shipping and text it to *** *****. On Monday 10 October 2022 I text ** ***** to ensure they had received the item back and asked how I would be receiving the reimbursement for the shipping. ** ***** stated they had received the item, it had already been repaired and on the way back to me. She further stated I would be receiving a check in the mail for the reimbursement for shipping. I received the item back on 10/12/2022 and removed the complete item to discover most of the installation hardware was missing and had to again contact ** ***** and wait for them to ship these to me. I received the hardware and the check on 10/17/2022 by mail. The check amount was for $60.50 and not the $131.24 It cost me to return the item. I contacted ** ***** today and was told that the amount sent to me was the max they could reimburse for shipping an item back "Under Warranty". This item had not been used by me. Never even removed from the box. It was damaged due to the companies negligent packaging practices.
